Mass In Motion Events on the Alfred J Lima Quequechan River Rail Trail for August

Mass in Motion is promoting the opening of the Alfred J. Lima Quequechan River Rail trail with events during the month of August. 

August 20 - Helmet Giveaway at Britland Park 10-noon

August 23 - Yogart in the Park for kids and their parents.  Britland Park 10-noon

                    All supplies will be provided. 

August 25 - Music in the Park - Jambalaya - Britland Park 6-8PM.  

                              Bring a chair and a picnic basket.

August 27 - History Walk on the Path Starting at Britland Park 10AM

Mass in Motion, and SouthCoast Bikeway Alliance sponsoring concert on South Watuppa Bike Path

Mass in Motion,  and SouthCoast Bikeway Alliance will be sponsoring a concert on the South Watuppa Bike Path at 151 Martine St, Fall River on Monday June 27th at 6PM - 8 PM.  We are looking for anyone who would like to ride from Britland Park over to the concert.  Please let me know if you want to ride so I can organize the logisitics.  See attached flyer.

Mass in Motion and Bike Fall River bicycle helmet giveaway

Mass in Motion and Bike Fall River will be holding a bicycle helmet giveaway for kids 9-12 at Britland Park on Saturday June 25th from 10 - noon.  Come with a bicycle, scooter, skates, skateboard and be fitted for a new free helmet.  Park off 17th St or in the Wordell St parking lot.   See attached flyer.

Wednesday Night Bike Rides

Bike Fall River will start Wednesday night bike rides starting this
Wednesday, May 11, weather permitting.  The ride will start from
the Fish Rd park and ride off of Route 24.  Arrive by 5:45PM as
we will leave promptly at 6 PM. The ride will be 18 miles in length
followed by pizza at a local restaurant.  There will be a leader and
a sweep.

We are hoping to make this a weekly event so come on out. If you
